What is raw denim and how do I care for it?
Raw denim is unwashed fabric that breaks in and fades uniquely to your body over time. We recommend wearing your jeans for as long as possible before the first wash to set permanent creases, then hand washing in cold water and hanging to dry.
How do I find my correct size?
Sizing varies between our different fits like Super Guy, Weird Guy, and Easy Guy. We provide a detailed measurement guide on every product page; we recommend measuring a pair of jeans you already own and comparing those specs to our size chart.
Do you offer hemming services?
Yes, we offer professional chainstitch hemming on all our denim. Please note that once a pair of jeans has been hemmed to your specific length, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 21 days of the delivery date. Please ensure the denim is in its original condition to qualify for a full refund.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that customs duties and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations.
Why is my denim bleeding blue dye?
Indigo bleeding (crocking) is a natural characteristic of raw denim. The dye may transfer to lighter colored clothing, upholstery, or sneakers during the first few weeks of wear. This is normal and will decrease after the first wash.
